Nice quaint family styled diner with great 'home cooking' and friendly staff.Can't wait to go back.

The bus boy with the curly hair was so nice! Me and my whole family loved him and he was so caring towards our plans that day. Definitely a place I would come back too with my kids!

Only 1 server wears a mask correctly in the whole restaurant. Customers lounge around and after eating and read books with no mask. Kitchen staff had on no mask or gloves while touching ready to eat food. Which is a food code violation. Owner told me that staff didnt have to wear mask in Kitchen or if not customer facing. BUT will talk to Kitchen about gloves...

I'm a HUGE fan of diners and they are slowly dying in corporate American. This meal was noteworthy of something out of June Cleaver's kitchen! The country fried chicken and eggs breakfast with homefries was absolutely incredible! The biscuits and gravy were phenomenal! The Belgian waffles and sausage links were unmatched by any of the chain diners that have overrun our cities. I'm a strong supporter of local businesses and Argos Family Diner will get me back there again for more. The portion sizes and quality of the food was freaking EPIC! The only qualm I had was that the coffee was downright stale and the mugs they served it in should be donated to the local Good Will. Overall I'm pretty impressed with the services provided! Can't wait to try their Gyros, I mean they are a Greek diner!

I'm a sucker for staple meals and this place never fails in the quality and quantity of their food! I love their BLT and potato salad! I know it's hard to mess up a BLT, but Argos makes them really good. Today I tried their chili that was on the special board and it was just as good as the recipe I make at home! The breakfast is always really good and served all day.

Open for dine in, very nice and clean place, excellent for breakfast, they offer daily specials and regular specialties in their menu.They have a kids menu too, and very friendly staff.We enjoyed our food here, great presentation of their plates and generous portions.Even though is not as budget friendly as I thought, is a place we will come back to.

Always love it at Argos! Never bad food or service. Been going for years and will continue to do so. The owner is awesome and always pleasant and kind,make you feel like family. Gets NO better than that!

I've been there a few times usually is pretty good but today they must have been off or something because it wasn't good. Who came out cold sweet tea was a sweet I don't know what the problem was today. I give him one more chance another time.

1they are like cheers my mother has dementia and they always recognize her and take time to talk to her they know her favorite meal and have it ready just the way she likes it food is always good and portion are generous prices are good and wait staff is friendly fast and helpful they have out side for including four legged family

Excellent. Servers are hard wroking ladies and are always paying attention.I would recommend the breackfast samplera and or the pancakes. Well done Argos.

Only place to eat breakfast in Apopka! Best gyros you will ever have!

Place was fairly awful. Our server was tremendously short and rude. I definitely do not dream Genie I tell you that after her attitude. The Patty Melt was without Thousand Island and bland with the exception of grilled tasteless onions. The mozzarella sticks were nothing but a low end Sysco special. The Gyro was cold and uninspired. The "homemade" potato salad was listless. The Sodas and water were good, come here if you are thirsty only.

Great restaurant, but during this covid pandemic they are still allowing people in without masks. The whole kitchen staff does not wear then either. The waitress sherry does not even know how to wear it properly! She has it under her chin and coughs all over the place. Please try to keep your customers SAFE!!

Food was great... came out quick... and prices are at a 5 however the portion size disappointed us...

My wife and I visit frequently there for breakfast. The food is good and the staff are friendly. We like to go there with our dog, their outside sitting area is pet friendly. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is due to the so-so coffee and the lack of fruit as an option for breakfast.

Great service, food n quantity.

We have gone to argos over 300 times for lunch. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The food is gonna put you in a food coma. The price of 90 percent of items is under 10 dollars yet the meal will fill two people. Always a great mom and pop location to go to. Apopka is getting known for its food gems and this is one of them. If they are busy try their location in Chicago.

Nice family atmosphere. The food is ALWAYS great. I loved their breakfast menu. The Eggs Benedict is fantastic. Cooked to perfection. Many family members are working together to bring an enjoyable experience to their guests.

I went for breakfast and got the country Benedict. I was expecting the egg to be on the side but it was a sausage patty, a bisquit on top of that, eggs on that and smothered with gravy on that. With the yolk and gravy mixed all together it was just a sloppy mess. The staff was really nice though. Might give them another chance but I definately won't give that Country Benedict another shot.

Most of the food there is A+. Service is always A+. Hash browns are the worst of any restaurant ever. Please for the love of god, get new hash browns and learn how to cook them. Also, the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in years. The funk is catching up. The details are going to sink this place unfortunately..

Love, Love, LOVE this place!! We always feel welcomed like family. We will drive a little further than normal to eat here. The staff (owners, etc) are kind, professional, & just plain great. All the dishes are delicious & plentiful. This is a Greek family diner so there are some stereotypical foods. The Lemon Chicken Orzo soup is the best & homemade. The have other various soups depending on the day. If you like crispy breakfast potatoes then be sure to ask for them to be "dropped" & you will be thrilled!! Their chicken & tuna salad are both simple & fresh and the only place I trust. The egg salad, sadly, is only on Tuesday. But so yummy when they serve it on the huge, fresh croissant. It is a fav of mine. The Gyro is outstanding & spot on for flavor & large. If you are super hungry get one of their salad entrees & you will certainly be full after attempting to eat it. Enjoy your visit!!!

I like this place. The prices are great, the Mediterranean atmosphere may seem a little boring to some, but I find it somewhat peaceful. The staff are great, very kind and great at getting you what you need. I had the gyro,with sweet potato fries. It was awesome loaded up with meat and more fries then I could finish off. They also have good breakfast specials.

This place USED to be great. Now , not so much . Rarely do they have items that are NOT on special but regular menu items. If you ask any questions you will get chewed out by a manager. Do yourself a favor and go to Metro Diner !!!!
